What you'll do
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles across Metcash
* Partner with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, success measures and leadership capability
* Build and maintain proactive pipelines and network of executive talent across critical capability areas
* Provide market insights to shape attraction strategies and EVP positioning
* Manage executive search partners where required, ensuring quality, governance and value for money
* Contribute to tailored onboarding approaches to accelerate senior leader success
What you'll bring
* Strong experience recruiting executive or senior leadership roles
* Strong demonstrated capability in proactive sourcing, pipelining and executive market engagement
* Credibility and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders
* Exceptional stakeholder management within complex organisational structures
* Experience managing executive search firms and external partners
* Ability to represent and promote an employer brand effectively in the market
