Early Childhood Centre Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of an Early Childhood Centre to lead our team of educators in providing a nurturing, faith-based environment for young children.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Management: Oversee a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and ensure the centre operates efficiently.
* Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with national standards and our Christian ethos, promoting academic excellence and spiritual growth.
* Families and Community: Foster strong relationships with families and the wider community to promote our values and mission.
