An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced nursing leader or ambitious senior manager ready to step into a CEO/Director of Nursing position within a well-established Day Hospital in regional Victoria.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday leadership role, offering an excellent work-life balance while leading a high-performing perioperative service.
The hospital provides same-day surgical and diagnostic care across a range of specialties including:
* Endoscopy
* Orthopaedics
* Gynaecology
* Ophthalmology
* General Surgery
As CEO/DoN, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the hospital’s strategic direction while driving operational excellence, clinical quality, workforce engagement, and positive patient outcomes.
This role would suit a dynamic and hands-on leader who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with operational management and is passionate about delivering high-quality care and building strong team culture.

Key Requirements:
* Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing and/or Management
* Strong leadership and operational management experience
* Perioperative nursing background
* Sound understanding of accreditation, risk, and clinical governance
