About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in supporting leadership, improving communication, driving accountability and ensuring strategic priorities are executed across the business.
We are fortunate to have an experienced and long-standing leadership team. This role has been created to provide additional support across the business, helping connect teams, improve communication, strengthen accountability and ensure key initiatives are delivered successfully.
This role suits a commercially minded leader who enjoys innovation including AI, working across people, performance and business improvement while helping create a scalable and high-performing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Team Alignment
Support managers and team leaders to improve communication, accountability and performance
Coordinate priorities across departments and improve organisational alignment
Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing workplace culture
Support leadership with team development, coaching and performance management
Assist with challenging conversations and people-related matters when required
Accountability
Develop and maintain KPI reporting and business performance dashboards
Improve visibility of business performance across departments
Monitor progress against business objectives and strategic priorities
Drive accountability and follow-through across teams
Provide leadership with clear insights into performance, risks and opportunities
Support strategic planning and execution across the business
Lead business improvement and change initiatives
Commercial Performance
Support sales leadership, pipeline visibility and forecasting
Work closely with marketing to improve lead generation and conversion outcomes
Assist with commercial initiatives and growth opportunities
Monitor commercial performance and identify areas for improvement
Support the execution of key business development initiatives
Strategic Support to the CEO
Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team
Help translate business objectives into actionable plans
Support leadership decision-making and organisational priorities
Assist in maintaining momentum, focus and execution across the business
About You
You are a commercially aware, highly organised and people-focused leader who enjoys helping businesses grow and perform at a higher level.
You know how to build strong relationships, support leaders, hold people accountable and create momentum across an organisation.
You bring a practical approach, strong communication skills and the ability to balance people, performance and commercial outcomes.

Experience
Experience in a Business Manager, Commercial Manager, Commercial Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, Performance Manager or similar leadership role
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience developing KPI reporting and accountability systems
Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving capability
Clean Energy experience preferred, but not essential
AI, IT software systems and infrastructure
