* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
* Collaborate with managers to deliver fair hiring outcomes, fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
* Develop job advertisements that effectively communicate the value proposition of each role, overseeing candidate pipelines to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.
* Administer probation and performance review processes, providing guidance and support to employees throughout their career journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, promoting a positive and healthy work environment.

Requirements:
