About The Role
We are seeking a full‑time Store Manager to lead and inspire a small team at our Mosman Boutique. Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales targets, fostering a positive and motivated team culture and ensuring Viktoria & Woods standards, policies and values are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences, identifying ways to grow the customer database and increase retention.
- Driving sales performance.
- Stock management and loss prevention.
- Providing leadership, training and development for a small team.
- Acting as a role model for our values, cultivating an environment that embraces excellence, is customer‑focused and inspired.
- Making sure the boutique runs smoothly and productively.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar management role (luxury experience advantageous but not essential).
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Strong operational experience.
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday roster.
