About the Opportunity
As a Personal Care Assistant at Mercy Health, you will provide quality resident‐focused care using a person‐centred approach and adhering to care plans, the Aged Care Standards, and Mercy Health policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Provide quality resident‐focused care utilising a person‐centred approach and in accordance with careplans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
* Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
* Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information

* Excellent clinical, time‐management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem‐solve
* A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment
* Evidence of, or in the process of obtaining, NDIS clearance
