We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and motivated Store Manager for our new Liverpool Fashion Spree location.
The Store Manager will drive day-to-day operations, manage KPI's, lead the team, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
The Store Manager must be competent in managing the daily requirements of a retail store, working with KPI's & effectively managing a team.
They should demonstrate a passion for providing excellent service and a genuine love of shoes.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, preferably fashion or footwear
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience managing staff and rosters
Experience coaching, developing and motivating a team
Strong customer service focus
Highly motivated and demonstrates initiative
