The Focus Of The Role
This is a senior opportunity to join a high growth investment platform operating at the intersection of infrastructure and real assets, with a strong and expanding pipeline across social and affordable housing.
Sitting within the origination team, this role is focused on leading transactions end to end, taking ownership of projects, and driving deal execution across complex investments. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a critical role in delivering new opportunities into the platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead transactions from origination through to financial close
* Take ownership of project workflow, timelines, and delivery
* Drive financial modelling, structuring, and commercial analysis
* Lead debt processes and manage financing workstreams
* Engage with equity partners, lenders, and government stakeholders
* Review project documentation including project agreements and financing structures
* Mentor and oversee junior team members including analysts
About You
* 7 to 12 years experience within infrastructure, project finance, or real assets
* Proven experience leading or heavily contributing to transaction execution
* Strong capability across project finance modelling and deal structuring
* Experience working across debt, equity, and legal frameworks
* Background in advisory, infrastructure funds, or relevant investment platforms
* Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes
