Machine Operators
As a Machine Operator, You Will
* Operate and maintain steel roll-forming machines with precision and care
* Monitor machine performance and complete routine quality checks throughout production
* Read and interpret production drawings and work orders to ensure accurate output
* Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
* Load steel coils and safely manage materials through production process
* Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
* Record production data and report any issues or inconsistencies
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment in line with WHS standards
* Support continuous improvement by providing feedback and identifying opportunities to optimise efficiency
Assembly Workers
As an Assembly Worker, You Will
* Assemble steel framing components accurately and efficiently
* Use hand and power tools with precision, and manual handling techniques safely and efficiently
* Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines
* Follow build procedures and quality standards set by the Production Supervisor
* Conduct visual and measurement checks to ensure components meet specification
* Ensure all work meets our high quality and safety standards
