Lead key initiatives in various Supply Chain functions-materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management, and order fulfillment. Ensure end-to-end fulfillment of internal and external customer expectations across all supply chains.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily operations for a reliable and efficient supply chain.
- Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with the Atmus Operating System and Functional Excellence direction.
- Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and lead cross-Business Unit planning processes for intra-company alignment.
- Collaborate to address long-term supplier constraints and establish common supply chain processes and procedures.
- Strategically and tactically approach daily problem-solving and continuous improvement for performance targets.
- Develop, understand, and improve Key Performance Indicators.
- Analyze operational trends and implement corrective action plans.
- Promptly address supply chain failures to ensure operational stability and escalate as needed.
- Prepare and manage an annual operating plan, including expense resources and capital.
- Manage, coach, and develop staff, working with employees to set goals in training, development, performance, and career planning.
**Qualifications**:
- B.S or BA in an applicable field
- APICS Certification.
