About the role

Help robots map the world! Underground mines. Massive infrastructure projects. Industrial plants. Disaster zones. These are environments where most solutions fail and human access can be dangerous. Emesent builds technology that allows drones and robots to autonomously map these environments. Our systems help engineers, operators and surveyors capture accurate spatial data quickly and safely. As demand for digital twins and reality capture accelerates worldwide, we are expanding our APAC sales team. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help turn market interest into real opportunities and grow our regional sales pipeline.

In this role you will

1. Engage with enterprise customers across mining, infrastructure, engineering and surveying
2. Work with cutting-edge robotics, autonomy and spatial data technology
3. Learn how high-value B2B technology deals are discovered and developed
4. Build the foundation for a strong career in technical sales

What You Will Do

5. Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective customers
6. Run discovery conversations to understand customer workflows and challenges
7. Identify high-potential opportunities and route them to the sales team
8. Build relationships with surveyors, engineers, contractors and operators
9. Coordinate product demonstrations with technical specialists
10. Assist with proposals and pricing discussions
11. Track opportunities and ensure next steps happen quickly
12. Maintain accurate opportunity tracking in HubSpot
13. Ensure pipeline data and activity records are up to date
14. Support pipeline reporting and forecasting visibility

What Success Looks Like

15. Develop strong knowledge of LiDAR mapping and autonomous robotics technology
16. Confidently qualify opportunities and identify high-potential customers
17. Maintain reliable pipeline visibility and CRM discipline
18. Contribute to generating new opportunities and winning deals

What You Bring

19. 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development or a customer-facing B2B role
20. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
21. Excellent written and verbal communication
22. Curiosity about technology and how customers use it
23. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
24. Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is highly valued

Valued Experience

25. Exposure to surveying, geospatial technology, robotics, drones or LiDAR systems
26. Experience working with mining, infrastructure, construction or engineering organisations
