Nurse Professional
The primary purpose of the role is to deliver patient-centered care within a haemodialysis setting, in accordance with organisational core values and standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the design, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care within the haemodialysis clinical setting.
* Protect patients' rights by adhering to privacy principles and providing an excellent standard of care.
* Take responsibility for own professional development and provide education to colleagues, patients and visitors.
* Ensure a safe, secure and healthy working environment for staff and a comfortable environment for visitors and patients.
Essential Competencies:
* Registered as a general nurse with AHPRA.
* Understanding of quality improvement processes and risk management obligations.
* Demonstrated clinical competence and expertise in nephrology nursing.
