Occupational Therapist – Community / Aged Care – Shepparton, VIC
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive Ambulatory Aged Care team delivering community-based services to older adults in Shepparton.
In this role, you will support clients to maintain independence and improve functional capacity through home and community-based assessments and therapy.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct functional and home safety assessments
* Develop individualised therapy plans
* Provide equipment prescription and home modification advice
* Support clients with daily living and rehabilitation goals
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
About You
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Experience in community, aged care or rehabilitation (desirable)
* Strong communication and assessment skills
* Driver's licence required
