About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist or Front Desk Extraordinaire to join the team. This role involves helping us create a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, responding to guest inquiries with knowledgeable local advice and recommendations, and managing efficient check‐ins and check‐outs.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in front desk, reception or customer service in an accommodation setting
* Genuine happy and positive energy to bring to our team and our guests
* Good time management skills and commitment to following policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and team
* Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
* Excellent communication skills verbal and written
* Full working rights with no restrictions
