Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive botanical surveys, including vegetation mapping, ecological monitoring, targeted threatened flora assessments, and Vegetation Quality Evaluations using DEECA Habitat Hectares methodology
* Lead cross-functional projects across various ecological disciplines, providing opportunities for mentoring junior team members
* Develop and implement ecological impact assessments and offsetting strategies for diverse projects and scales, supporting clients in delivering environmental requirements within multi-disciplinary tenders and projects
