Aged/Disability Support Workers - WOY WOY | Central Coast, NSW
Flexibility to work AM and PM. Supporting Individuals in their community and Group Homes.
Assist clients with their daily routines and skills, such as - Community access, medication, personal care, domestic duties etc. Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports, and progress notes. Ability to work collaboratively in a
team.
