Key Responsibilities:
* Design engaging learning solutions using established methodologies and resources to achieve desired results.
* Develop content, evaluation strategies, and materials that align with business needs and learning objectives.
* Lead instructional design projects, managing timelines, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery.
* Provide expert advice and internal quality assurance to enhance the standard of learning across teams.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure learning solutions are relevant and impactful.
* Contribute to a collaborative learning community, sharing knowledge and supporting team engagement.
Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and blended learning approaches.
* Proficiency in learning design tools such as Lectora or Captivate, and strong systems skills including Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
* Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement.
* Familiarity with adult learning principles and Learning Management Systems, with a continuous improvement mindset.
