Job Title: Medical Territory Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Territory Professional to join our elite sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced medical technologies to patients in need.
The successful candidate will support the Peripheral Intervention division in achieving sales targets, goals, and objectives by developing and executing territory plans, building strong relationships with customers, and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
* Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.
* Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals & objectives.
* Successfully complete divisional training programs, apply these skills in the field, and maintain a high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
* Actively attend clinical cases to support product use as per the DFU.
* Identify additional product opportunities to actively sell to Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and other associated specialties.
* Work with the broader Peripheral Interventions team to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
* Establish contact person for hospital management, purchasing department, and hospital staff as it relates to Peripheral Interventions / Interventional Radiology business.
* Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
* Deliver in-services on a regular basis to nurses and doctors promoting Interventional Oncology products.
* Book 1:1 meetings with doctors to discuss product use and actively sell.
* Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.
* Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.

Your Experience and Skills:
We are looking for a commercial professional with demonstrated achievement of success. Prior experience with Peripheral Interventions / Interventional Radiology products is desirable but not essential. Tertiary education in science or business preferred. Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships. Ability to gain clinical knowledge quickly. Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Results-focused with a resilient, flexible approach. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
