Care Worker Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team. As a valued member, you will play a crucial role in providing care and guidance to young people in a safe and supportive home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on care and support to young people in their daily living activities.
* Help create and follow individual care plans tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
* Support young people with education and recreational activities, promoting confidence, independence, and connection.
* Build trusting relationships by offering encouragement, stability, safety, and emotional support.
* Keep accurate and professional records and documentation.

Requirements:
* A current driver's licence (Minimum of a P2).
* A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be eligible to obtain these).
* Have completed, or are willing to enrol in, a Certificate IV, Diploma, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Experience working with young people or in related areas (disability, mental health, aged care, childcare) is preferred but not required.
