Member Engagement & Reception Officer
Location: East Melbourne, Member Engagement & Reception Officer – Victoria (Full Time, Permanent)
Salary: $91,381+ Super + ability to salary package up to $15,900 tax free for living expenses under the RACGP's health promotion charity status.
About the role
* Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, communications, stakeholder liaison and on‐day support for faculty activities across Victoria.
* Prepare and distribute member communications, including newsletters, EDMs, social media content and promotional materials.
* Provide professional reception and front‐desk services, managing enquiries, visitors, mail, couriers, and security access passes.
* Support continuous improvement activities, reporting requirements and collaboration with internal teams, RACGP members and external service providers.
* Support member engagement activities for the Victoria Faculty.
Skills & Experience
* Experience coordinating events and member activities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
* High attention to detail and organisation.
* Customer‐focused with admin and reception experience.
