Your Team
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary Technology team, working closely with business, software vendors and partners to develop, implement and maintain systems that support customers through all aspects of the insurance value chain.
Your Role
Reporting to the Project Management Delivery Practice Manager you will lead project teams to successfully implement business and technology driven change for Hollard. You will engage with business stakeholders, technology teams, Hollard partners, vendors, risk and compliance and product tribes to plan, estimate and deliver business outcomes.
Your duties and responsibilities
Delivering agreed business outcomes to schedule and within approved budget.
Leading project teams by collaboratively planning, prioritising, coordinating activities across the various teams involved in the delivery.
Collaborating with stakeholders and your project team to developing a clearly articulated project plan including project scope, objectives, outcomes, and benefits.
Identifying, documenting, and managing risks and issues and interdependencies.
Managing vendors to deliver to agreed outcomes.
Adherence to Hollard's governance processes to track and report project progress, risks, and issues.
Budget creation and funding submissions, and monthly financial reconciliation processes.
About You
Demonstrated experience in Project Management, preferably in General Insurance or Financial Services.
Prior experience with HRIS system implementations will be well regarded.
Ability to deliver within various formal project management methodologies (PMP, Agile PM).
Must be proficient in use of project management tools (MS Project, PPM online, Clarity etc.).
Excellent communication (verbal and written), stakeholder management and organisational skills.
Extensive experience in resource and budget management with solid executive reporting skills.
