Position
The APS3 Participant Support Officer provides administrative, procedural and operational support within a high-volume service delivery environment, supporting participants and stakeholders with quality service and accurate processing of information.
Responsibilities
* Frontline contact via phone, email, reception and in person
* Respond to enquiries using systems, scripts and guidelines
* Manage calendars, inboxes, appointments and scheduling
* Administrative support including data entry, record keeping and document processing
* Coordinate meetings, travel, invoices and office support tasks
* Escalate complex issues to senior staff
* Maintain accurate records and service delivery standards
* Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Qualifications
* Customer service, administration or service delivery experience
* Disability sector or participant-focused service delivery experience (desirable)
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Empathy, professionalism and resilience in sensitive interactions
* Ability to triage enquiries and apply procedures and judgementHigh attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills
