Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) is WA's leading fibreglass pool manufacturer. Family-owned for 50 years, we build pools people love and now we're looking for someone who can bring that story to life online in a way that stops the scroll and builds a community that cares.
This is a rare full-time opportunity to own the content function in-house, with real creative freedom, a brilliant product to work with and a team that genuinely values what great content can do for a brand.
What you'll be doing
* Creating short‐form video, photography and written content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
* Attending pool installations, events and activations to capture real, authentic content as it happens
* Building and managing a content calendar that keeps our channels active, consistent and on brand
* Monitoring trends, platform algorithm changes and audience insights to keep our strategy sharp
* Collaborating closely with our marketing team on campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives
* Bringing fresh ideas to the table – we want someone who sees content opportunities everywhere
What we're looking for
We're not just looking for someone who knows how to use Instagram. We want someone who genuinely loves creating content, has a strong point of view and can tell a story in a way that resonates.
You'll bring
* 2+ years' experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
* A portfolio or body of work that shows your range – video, photography, copy, all of it
* Strong skills across short‐form video (Reels, TikToks) and confidence behind a camera
* An eye for design and a talent for writing in a natural, engaging voice
* The ability to plan ahead and stay organised without losing your creative spark
* A genuine interest in the home, lifestyle or building industry is a bonus but not essential
