About the Role
As a Project Improvement Specialist, you will:
* Support the ongoing improvement of the Project Management Framework (PMF), including processes, workflows, and documentation.
* Assist in implementing lessons learned actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Contribute to governance development through policies, tools, and templates.
* Provide project support to ensure efficient delivery of construction projects and strategic programs.
* Facilitate change management, training, and coaching within project teams.
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Enhance project practices aligned with strategic goals.
* Evaluate and report on project performance, recommending improvements.
* Support portfolio governance and reporting.
* Employ business improvement methodologies to optimize project delivery.
About You
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
* Experience in project delivery and coordination within mining or large-scale construction.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with ability to assess and report on project performance.
* Familiarity with governance processes and tools.
