Electrical Engineering Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to deliver high-performance electrical services designs from concept through to construction completion.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and be able to design, document, and implement efficient and sustainable electrical systems across commercial, healthcare, education, and retail projects.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to project delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Design and documentation of electrical services, including power distribution, lighting, communications, and other building services systems
* Collaboration with architects, project managers, builders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated and innovative design solutions
* Conducting site inspections, coordinating with contractors during construction, and contributing to energy-efficient and sustainable design strategies
* Engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored electrical solutions that meet performance and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
* 3+ years of electrical engineering experience within the Australian Building Services industry
* Strong knowledge of electrical services design including lighting, power, communications, and energy efficiency principles
* Excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to project delivery
