This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys diverse, hands-on work in corporate and commercial law, property law, and wills & estates.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing business sale contracts, shareholder agreements, commercial leases, and corporate documents, as well as advising clients on business and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial Law: Draft and review business sale contracts, shareholder agreements, commercial leases, corporate documents, and advise clients on business and compliance matters.
* Corporate Law: Advise on company structures, partnership arrangements, directors' duties, share transfers, corporate governance, entity setup, restructuring, and compliance under the Corporations Act.
* Property Law: Handle conveyancing, leasing, property development, due diligence, and subdivision work; assist clients in resolving property-related matters.
* Wills & Estates: Draft wills, powers of attorney, simple estate plans, and assist with basic probate and estate administration matters.
