This role is pivotal in ensuring our underground projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, aligning with client expectations. You'll lead and inspire a high-performing team, driving a culture of excellence and positive results.

About You
* Extensive experience in a Mine Superintendent position, ready to take the next step in your career.
* Experience working with a mining contracting company.
* Apply effective contract management to ensure operations are executed in line with contract and client requirements, whilst ensuring financial outcomes are maximised and risks are minimized.
* Proven success managing and coordinating large scale multifunctional teams.
* Detailed knowledge of underground mining and safety regulations.
* WA Shift Supervisor Certificate or First Class Mine Manager Certificate (Essential).
* Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering (Highly desirable)
* Valid manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence (Essential).
