**Key Requirements**:
- **Qualifications**: Either a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- **Certifications**: Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- **Blue Card**: All applicants must possess a valid Blue Card or be willing to obtain one before employment.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Engage children in diverse activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Develop and implement educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure a cohesive learning and care workplace.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly classroom setting that meets health and safety standards.
