Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor – Oak Park, VIC – Full-time | Permanent
We are a well-established Early Learning Centre in Oak Park, currently seeking an experienced Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead our team and continue building a strong, high‐quality service for our local community.
This role suits someone who is confident managing a service end‐to‐end, passionate about team development, and capable of driving occupancy and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the service
* Lead, support and develop a team of educators
* Drive occupancy through local marketing and community engagement
* Manage rostering, wages and overall financial performance
* Maintain compliance with EYLF, NQS and all regulatory requirements
* Ensure a safe, positive and inclusive environment for children, families and staff
* Recruit, onboard and mentor new team members
About You
* Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
* Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and Assessment & Rating
* Proven ability to manage occupancy and team performance
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering high‐quality education and care
* Current WWCC, First Aid and Child Protection

Pay: $90,707.10–$122,140.39 per year
