Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by offering professional and personalized support to find the ideal product based on their needs and wants.
* Complete tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a solid understanding of policies and procedures.
* Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Results-oriented and love selling.
* Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and energetic retail environment.
* Good attention to detail and ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock.
* Willingness to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
