We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to oversee day-to-day operations, client care, stock control, social media, and marketing as our Salon Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome clients and manage all aspects of appointment bookings, delivering a seamless premium client experience.
* Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing professional and attentive service.
* Maintain and oversee client records and appointment schedules using salon management software with precision.
* Manage daily rostering and support scheduling needs to optimise team productivity and client service flow.
* Motivate, support, and encourage the salon team to maintain a positive high-energy work environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service, front desk coordination, or administration (experience in the beauty or wellness industry highly regarded).
* Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to take initiative and keep daily operations running smoothly.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
* A polished, confident, and friendly communication style both face-to-face and across phone/email.
* Proficiency with salon management software (e.g., Timely) or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
