About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant who will be the friendly face clients rely on when they walk through the door. As a key member of our team, you'll have the satisfaction of solving problems, supporting our clients, and knowing your work makes a real impact.
The role involves:
* Customer Servicing
* Water testing and advising clients on chemical & equipment solutions
* Stock control and merchandising
* Store opening and cash handling
* Retail reporting, inventory control and end of day tasks
What We're Looking For
You'll need to be self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet, and feel aligned with our values. Although experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry is beneficial, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. A current unrestricted drivers license and ability to consent to a police clearance check are also essential.
