Tara Anglican School for Girls are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and experienced Teacher's Aide to join their vibrant primary school community. This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusive education and skilled in supporting neurodiverse students, particularly in a 1:1 learning support capacity.
About the Role - as a Teacher's Aide, you will:
* Provide individualised support to students in the classroom and during school activities.
* Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, learning support staff, and allied health professionals.
* Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
* Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
* Support the student's social, emotional, and academic development.
About You - you will bring:
* Experience working with neurodiverse children, particularly in a 1:1 support role.
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to learning support.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* A commitment to inclusive education and child-centred learning.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate III or IV in Education Support or equivalent).
* A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) for NSW.
