Responsibilities
Provide contemporary comprehensive specialist services for optimal patient outcomes.
Provide and support training to clinicians across multiple disciplines to achieve quality education and safe clinical practice.
Participate in an on-call roster and respond on site within a reasonable time.
Qualifications
Full Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) is required.
Licensed as a Specialist Radiologist with the Medical Board of Australia or eligible for overseas trained specialist pathways.
Demonstrated experience in an acute health environment with Diagnostic General X-ray, Ultrasound, CT and MRI modalities.
Demonstrated experience in interventional radiology to supplement current clinician interests.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team.
Effective clinical communication skills using information technology and written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to teaching, continuing education, research, and quality improvement.
Compliance with the NSW Health policy directive for Category A positions and occupational assessment, screening, and vaccination requirements.
