Skills & Experience:
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline (Bachelor degree or higher)
* CPA, CA or working towards full membership is highly regarded
* Experience in local government or public sector financial management (strongly preferred)
* Strong skills in budgeting, financial reporting, long-term financial planning, rates/revenue, and statutory compliance
