About You
* 3 years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor for a residential home builder in WA
* Strong trade background
* Positive and self‑motivated approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
* Confident to work autonomously within the area of the builds
The Role
* Supervise and manage the construction of single storey homes
* Allocate materials and trades to job sites
* Ensure timely construction of new homes
* Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
* Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
* Maintain and update company systems
* Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate on‑site works
* Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
