This is a hands-on role where you'll work across a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency matters, gaining exposure to complex appointments while being supported by experienced senior practitioners.
Role
* Assist with corporate and personal insolvency appointments (liquidations, VA's, receiverships, bankruptcies)
* Prepare financial analysis, investigative reports and statutory documentation
* Monitor compliance requirements and meet strict deadlines
* Support asset realisation and stakeholder communications
* Liaise with banks, lawyers, agents and external professionals
* Conduct director and bankrupt interviews
* Assist with financial modelling and case analysis
* Review junior team output and provide technical guidance
* Work closely with senior staff and appointees on complex matters
About you
* 2+ years' insolvency or restructuring experience
* Accounting/Business degree (or equivalent)
* CA/CPA/ARITA study commenced or planned
* Strong understanding of insolvency processes and legislation
* Excellent analytical and report writing skills
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
* Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and professional integrity
