Responsibilities
- Join the team as lifeguards responsible for the Day to Day Pool Operations within the facility and ensuring all areas around the pools are a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons.
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members; communicate effectively with patrons of diverse ages, abilities, cultures and needs.
- Demonstrate a passion for safety around the water; maintain outstanding customer service to ensure patrons safely enjoy their visit.
- Available for casual positions with the option to transfer to part-time or full-time roles for the right employees; flexibility to weekends and peak operating seasons.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of OHS and public safety within a facility.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate.
- National Police Check.
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Previous experience in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded.
- Current Pool Operations Certificate is not essential but highly regarded.
