Passionate about working with primary school age children? Whether you're an experienced Educator, have some babysitting experience, or are exploring a career in childcare for the first time, this is the role for you!

Our OSHC service Willetton OSHClub is looking for a dedicated Educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children. This permanent part-time role guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays.

About the Role

Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5‐12 years old. Your role will include:

* Facilitating exciting, child‐led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love!
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
* Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program.

You'll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the service's opening hours of:

* Morning: 6:30 am – 8:45 am (Rise then Shine Program)
* Afternoon: 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm (Stay and Play Program)
* School Holidays: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (Holiday HQ Program)

Qualifications

No formal experience? No problem! We'll provide all the training you need. We're looking for someone who:

* Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact.
* Communicates clearly and confidently.
* Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role.
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check.
* Has completed National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
