We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the Department of Haematology. ### Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
1. A current registration as a pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. A minimum of three years of post-registration experience in hospital pharmacy, preferably in haematology.
3. Demonstrated expertise in clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork.
