Executive Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences

Following the launch of the new strategy Vision 2035, we are now seeking an Executive Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences. Reporting to the Provost and sitting on the Vice‐Chancellor's senior executive team, the Executive Dean will provide comprehensive strategic and operational leadership for the Faculty in alignment with UOW's Strategic Plan.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive strategic and operational leadership for the Faculty in alignment with UOW's Strategic Plan.
* Lead and coordinate across multidisciplinary research, education, and engagement activities.
* Work effectively with industry and government partners to advance the Faculty's goals.
Qualifications and Experience
* International research profile with a record of high‐impact publications.
* Demonstrated academic leadership at a senior level.
* Commitment to teaching quality, student outcomes, and inclusive learning environments.
* Experience leading across disciplines and a genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion.
* Entrepreneurial approach to identifying opportunities across education, research, and engagement locally and internationally.
