An established advisory and investment platform is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the execution of complex mandates across real assets, infrastructure, and corporate transactions. The firm advises and invests on behalf of institutional, private, and government clients, providing end-to-end support across capital structuring, project financing, and strategic investment initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage transaction execution across real estate, infrastructure, and corporate mandates.Develop and maintain complex financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.Conduct comprehensive due diligence and assist in the preparation of investment papers, transaction documents, and client presentations.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess investment opportunities, evaluate capital structures, and optimise deal outcomes.Contribute to bid and tender processes for government or large-scale private sector transactions.Undertake detailed research into market trends, asset performance, and sector developments to support strategic recommendations.
Candidate Profile3-6 years' experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, or professional services, with demonstrated exposure to real assets, infrastructure, or principal transactions.Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.Experience supporting or leading elements of government engagement or large-scale bidding processes will be highly regarded.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing high-quality investment or transaction materials.Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and sound commercial judgement.
