Site Manager Regional WA Fuel & Convenience
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Site Manager to join our growing regional operations team in Western Australia.
This is a hands‐on leadership role within a busy fuel and convenience / roadhouse environment, running the day‐to‐day operation of the business while helping drive customer service, safety, compliance and team performance under the guidance of an Area Manager.

About the Role
As the Site Manager, you will work under the guidance of the Regional Manager to ensure smooth daily operations across:
* Fuel and convenience retail operations
* Staff supervision and support
* Food safety and cleanliness
* Stock control and merchandising
* Site presentation and housekeeping
* WHS and operational compliance
* Cash handling and reporting
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in high standards, and can confidently lead a team when required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous retail, hospitality, roadhouse or fuel industry experience
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Has strong communication and leadership skills
* Is reliable, organised and safety‐focused
* Is willing to learn and undertake training across multiple locations
* Can adapt to regional and remote work environments
* Willing to re‐locate for 6‐12 month rotations in remote areas
Previous fuel industry experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided.
