About the Role
Apex is seeking Sonographers for our comprehensive Busselton‐based site. The role involves general to advanced ultrasound scanning – MSK, vascular, gynecology, obstetrics – and providing patient care to ensure the best experience, while undertaking the highest quality ultrasound imaging to provide optimum diagnostic results.
Responsibilities
* Perform general to advanced ultrasound scanning including musculoskeletal, vascular, gynecology and obstetrics.
* Ensure patients have a positive experience through compassionate care and empathy.
* Obtain and interpret high‐quality ultrasound images to deliver optimum diagnostic results.
Qualifications and Experience
* Graduate Diploma or Master of Medical Sonography accredited by ASAR Clinical.
* Practical and interpretive skills to obtain high‐quality ultrasound images.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‐disciplinary team.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills to demonstrate patient care, compassion and empathy.
* Work rights for Australia or a valid visa.
