Bar & Gaming Attendant at Terrey Hills Tavern.
Primary responsibilities include ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, delivering top‐notch customer service, and supporting gaming operations.
Responsibilities
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring memorable visits.
* Share passion for products and recommend drinks.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service.
* Maintain high standards from opening to lock‐up.
* Assist gaming and wagering team when required.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and team‐player skills.
* Current RSA/RSG certification and flexible availability.
* Desirable ARCG certification.
* Willingness to learn gaming operations.
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
Inherent Requirements
* Hands‐on role involving manual handling and lifting (moving stock, kegs, deliveries).
