Child Care Worker At JELLY TOTS EARLY LEARNING CENTRES PTY LTD, we are looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Child Care Worker to perform the following duties:
Responsibilities
* Coordinating supplies and setting up interactive stations to facilitate playful learning experiences for kids
* Encouraging positive peer interactions and supporting emotional growth through conflict resolution techniques
* Designing creative workshops and organizing group experiences tailored to enhance developmental milestones
* Engaging young minds by narrating stories and facilitating imaginative play sessions
* Overseeing children's involvement in structured leisure events to ensure safety and engagement
* Monitoring children's schedules and ensuring smooth transitions between daily segments like meals and naps
* Guiding children through personal care routines to foster habits in cleanliness and self-care
Requirements
* Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
* The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Confident manner.
* Positive approach to change.
