The key role of the Allied Health Assistant (AHA) is to undertake general duties under the instruction of Allied Health Professionals (AHP) to assist individuals with disabilities to improve their capacity and capability using a person-centred approach. The AHA will have a focus on promoting health and wellbeing by assisting in the delivery of evidence based clinical services to a diverse range of participants focusing on identifying and treating a participants physical, developmental, cognitive, and emotional difficulties that impact their ability to carry out everyday tasks.
Provide clinical interventions under the instruction and guidance of AHP
Ordering, distribution, and maintenance of relevant equipment under the guidance of the AHP to support the delivery of high-quality services
Engage in relevant administrative tasks such as assisting with scheduling appointments, completing intakes, printing documents, clinical documentation
Maintain accurate, current and meaningful records as prescribed in a timely and efficient manner
Working with NDIS participants within our Hub or in a Community setting

Valid and current First Aid and CPR Certification
Must have a Drivers Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
Must have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module & Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Module
