**APS 5 - Coordinator, Digitisation on Demand (APS Mobility Chance)**:

The Library is seeking to fill the role of Coordinator, Digitisation on Demand (APS 5) on a non-ongoing basis from 19 May 2025 until 19 January 2026.
**The Role**
The Digitisation on Demand team work closely together to facilitate public access to the collection through the Copies Direct service. The Coordinator role assesses requests for complex rights issues, collaborates as needed with the Rights Management and Stacks teams, facilitates group ICIP assessment sessions, and provides high level customer service to clients.
Our ideal applicant will have a strong customer service background, excels in managing competing priorities, and will demonstrate steady adaptability to change. They will gain hands on experience implementing The National Library’s ICIP protocols and working with diverse stakeholders.
**The Opportunity**
This role is available to ongoing National Library of Australia and APS employees only as a temporary transfer at level and/or a temporary acting opportunity from 19 May 2025 until 19 January 2026.
