Soul Origin Roselands is currently seeking Part Time / Casual / Full Time CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERSTARS to join the team!
Responsibilities
* Be approachable and maintain good communication with customers
* Handle cash transactions accurately and pay close attention to detail
* Work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
* Apply food safety and hygiene practices in all tasks
* Assist with stock take, opening and closing the store, cleaning, and preparing basic food items
* Work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
Qualifications
* Approachable demeanor and strong communication skills
* 1 year of experience in the food industry (preferred)
* 1 year of experience as a barista (preferred)
* Ability to work across multiple shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
* Understanding of cash handling procedures and attention to detail
* Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to support various store duties
* Australian work authorization (required); preferred: Australian residence
Salary and Hours
$25 – $36 per hour, depending on experience and role level.
Hours: 15–30 per week, full time, part time or casual.
